Fiona Brennan has years of experience in dealing with courts all over the country and had particular responsibility for many years during her time in Michael J Staines and Company  for counties Kildare, Meath and Louth. As a result, she instructs several very experienced barristers throughout these courts.

Fiona has always prided herself on instructing the barristers best suited to her clients legal requirements whilst also ensuring that her clients have confidence in and a solid working relationship with the barristers instructed. She stays in constant contact with both the clients and the barristers throughout the case, and where possible, tries to ensure that the same barristers attend court on each occasion, as such continuity of representation is very important.

Our firm are happy to represent clients in whatever court countrywide they find themselves in, and the more notice we have of the court date and location the better, as it allows us to thoroughly prepare the case.

However, we understand that sometimes for different reasons clients do not call us until very close indeed to their court date. Fiona Brennan has arranged attendance at court for clients all around the country for over 25 years –  and through the network she has built up in those years , she will find someone to attend almost every court in the country at very short notice.
